A short walk across the parking lot leads to the clubhouse, which includes, laundry, two full size swimming pools (one heated in the winter), a kiddie pool, jacuzzi, sauna and tennis courts.

Downtown Park City is 2.5 miles south with shopping, 80+ restaurants and cultural activities. Enjoy mild, sunny mountain weather with great golf courses, hiking trails and mountain biking. During the summer, the condo is rented on a monthly, weekly or nightly rate.
