The "Cabin at River Bend" is our family get-away and we enjoy offering affordable housing to folks while we're not using it ourselves. Some comments from our guest book say it all:

Our vacation home, located in the southwest corner of Bend, offers an ideal balance between easy access to activites and a quiet, beautiful setting. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There are lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful Deschutes River and Mount Bachelor views.

Nearby recreational features include hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing (downhill and cross country), snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing, boating, shopping, dining, etc. and, of course, relaxing on the river-view deck. With a little luck, a great variety of wildlife can be viewed from the home, including deer, elk, otter, beaver, hawks, eagles, quail, songbirds and jumping trout! Some local attractions include the High Desert Museum, art galleries, and the Outlet shopping center to mention a few.
