Rental Rates:

• Summer Rates: $900 - $2500/week (2-6 bedrooms)
• Winter Rates: $1200 - $4200/week (2-6 bedrooms)
• Monthly Rates available

A 25% RESERVATION BINDER is required with your reservation. Upon receipt, confirmation of your accommodations will be mailed to you. The outstanding 75% rental balance and a security deposit ($100.00 minimum, $1000.00 maximum) ARE DUE AND PAYABLE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Your security deposit will be returned by mail within 30 days of checkout (phone bills can take as long as 30 days to arrive) less any significant damage, excessive cleaning costs and/or long distance phone calls. Please, no pets without prior arrangements. All rentals are subject to state and county tax of 9%. In the event of cancellation, a refund, less a 10% service charge, will be issued upon the rerenting of your ENTIRE RESERVED TIME.
