Two privately owned luxury/loaded, 2 bedroom/2 bath condos that we would be happy to rent when we are not on the island. The condos are located in a 107 unit condo complex located on Bowman's Beach (Gulf of Mexico), 4th best shelling beach.

The complex has an Olympic size swimming pool. The pool has lounge chairs & thatched cabanas if you wish to avoid the sun, tennis courts, sauna, clubhouse, canoes & kayaks for free checkout at the clubhouse, fishing bridge. Directly on Bowman's Beach (4th best shelling beach in the world).

Our 1999 & 2000 Rates:

• Summer : (May 1-Thanksgiving): $725-$800 per week
• Thanksgiving: $800 per week
• Thanksgiving - Dec. 18: $725 per week
• Dec. 18-Dec. 26: $1500 per week
• Millineum: $2400 per week
• January 2000: $950 per week
• High season: $1450-1550 per week (Feb. 1-May 1)

Accommodations:

• Private master bedroom:
  King or Queen size bed, phone, walk in closet, bath with tub/shower, electric mounted hairdryers, color TV
• 2nd bedroom:
  2 double (full size beds), full size rollaway, bath with shower for 2, walk in closet

  

  
  

• Livingroom:
  Queen sleeper sofa, color TV, VCR and videos (over 100 G-R), stereo, entertainment unit with games/toys. Interior decorated by Robb & Stuckey of Fort Meyers.
  

• Kitchen:
  Full size stove & refrig with icemaker, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, table service for 12 plus, juicer (for fresh FL. orange juice), all electrics, pantry, pots & pans wine/champagne glasses...everything that you would have at home. Breakfast island with bar stools for informal dining.

  We have 4 free bikes (2 adult (one with infant carrier) & 2 children's) that you are welcome to use. In the condo there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, pool toys, beach towels, iron & ironing board, games, frisbee/football, etc.
