Our condo is at North Coast Village in Oceanside which has one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California. Oceanside was rated by a leading travel magazine as having one of the best year round beach climates.

The condo is fully furnished with everything that you need but groceries. All your bedding and towels, including beach towels, are provided. Both bedrooms and living room overlook the ocean, and there are two balconies. It also has a gas barbecue and patio furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the second bedroom, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a TV and phone in living room and each bedroom. A VCR is in the living room. Cable provides over 65 channels for your viewing pleasure. There are games, boogie boards and beach chairs. The living room has a gas log fireplace. Assigned underground parking is provided with on-site security.

Amenities of the condo complex include 2 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis, large barbecue areas, a nine hole putting green, recreation room with pool table, ping-pong table, sauna, and exercise room. Streams flow throughout the complex and a waterfall flows to a pool of Japanese Koi fish. Oceanside harbor, with fine restaurants and shops are on one side of the complex and the pier with an outstanding restaurant and fishing are less than 1/4 mile away.

The resort is 45 minutes to Disneyland and 20 minutes to Sea World and San Diego. New Lego Land is about 12 minutes.

Off season rates before July 1st are $80 per night, with a 3 night minimum. After July 1st, rentals are for a minimum of one week, at $1000 from Saturday to Saturday. $100 security fee is refunded, provided condo is left in good condition and Homeowners rules are not violated (parking in incorrect spots, towels over balconies, etc.). Pictures are available. Condo is booked from Nov 1 through April 30.
