On your arrival you will be described the land around the farm, the first stronghold of the Etruscan and later of the Romans, the land so rich of history, plunged in the magnificent Tuscan Appennine.

The tour of the vineyard and the olive grove will allow visiting the medieval site of Vico, where our business is located, illustrations of techique of agrology,the history and evolution of agriculture, the natural resources of our land and most of all the typical products like the wine Chianti Rufina and the extra virgin olive oil.

Guests will visit our cellars where we make our wine "Frascole" Chianti Rufina d.o.c.g., the selection of special grapes which will produce the Vinsanto (The Holy wine) the special vats where the Vinsanto is left to vintage.

Finally, the tasting room, red wine, white and rosee, olive oil, and the typical salami and cheeses..... According to the season you are visiting you will be offered what is available from the chestnut grove or fresh fruit, and homemade desserts.

On request is possible to explore the archeological sites of Poggio in Frascole close to our location where you can admire the Etruscan ruins and the Medieval Church of S.Martino a Poggio.
