Cayman Breeze is one of 10 units in the North Pointe Complex. We are directly on the ocean with miles of uncrowded beaches and beautiful coral reefs surrounding the area. Our unit is on the 2nd floor, corner with a beautiful view of the ocean from the screened in lanai.

There is a fresh water pool on site, and the Driftwood Sports Bar is right next door. Our condo is very well furnished and most comfortable, and all inclusive. As our personal vacation home, we strive to keep it in perfect condition.

Dive the North Wall, Cayman's Barrier Reef - just 300 feet from your doorstep. Feed the Sting Rays at Sting Ray City, just a 10 minute boat ride away. North Side's many dive sites are pristine and far away from the crowds at Seven Mile Beach. Or, just spend your day lounging around the fresh water pool with a cool drink, a good book or great company. P> We are 1 mile from the exclusive Cayman Kai community. The Hyatt Rum Point club is just down the road. It features beautiful Australian pines with hammocks and great lunches and drinks. The Hyatt runs a daily water ferry across the North Sound to the Hyatt hotel on 7 mile beach. Take the 11:00 am on Sunday and enjoy a fabulous Sunday brunch!

Surfside Watersports and Red Sail Sports operate snorkel and dive operations, with world famous Stingray City just a 10 minute boat ride. This shallow site is home of dozens of large Southern Stingrays, which you can hand feed and swim with. Ocean Frontiers is our favorite dive operation, 15 minutes away in East End. They feature small groups, personal service and pristine diving on east end and northside. Snorkel trips are also available.

Bike rentals are also available at Red Sail Sports. The Hyatt operates a great dinner restaurant next door to the Rum Point Club. The Kaibo, Cayman Kai Resort, Lighthouse, PortoFino's, Pooh's Place and David's restaurant are all 2 -10 minutes away.

Georgetown and the tourist/hotels/traffic on 7 mile beach are just a 30 minute drive (if that's what you want!)

For entertainment and dining, visit the Hyatt Restaurant, The Lighthouse, The Edge, PortoFino's, and Pooh's Place, all just minutes away. On Friday evenings walk next door to The Driftwood Village and join local residents and guests for happy hour and great home cooked specials. For car rentals, McCurley's Tours will be happy to greet you at The Owen Roberts International Airport in Georgetown. You will be escorted to the local grocery store to stock up on supplies, then driven to North Pointe where your rental car will be waiting. Weekly car rentals are $275 - $300 for a modern, 4 door Nissan, automatic with air and cassette.

Weekly rentals are $1200 - 1400 US off season (Apr. 14 - Dec. 14) and $1500 - 1700 in season (Dec. 15 - Apr. 14). Bi-weekly and monthly rentals are also available.
